MindinfoLine is Mind’s mental health telephone information service, which offers a
lifeline to people in distress, their relatives and carers, as well as
providing mental health information to members of the public,
professionals, students; anybody with a problem.
Mind now uses a telephone translation and interpreting service with access to
over 100 languages. It consists of a 3-way conferencing facility enabling
information staff to communicate effectively through a trained

MindLink - is about communication between mental health service users and National
Mind. The primary purpose of MindLink is to be a consultative body to
ensure that users of mental health services have a direct say in shaping
